§ Dr. OwenNo. As I said in reply to a similar question put by my hon. Friend the Member for Greenwich, Woolwich East on 28th October, such a move would be unlikely to assist in resolving the conflict in Lebanon. But we certainly do not condone illegal activities by any party in the area.
