asked the Secretary of State for Employment how many Press officers there are in his Department; and how this compares with the position 12 months ago.

Mr. John Grant

There are at present five Press officers and a chief Press officer in the Department's Press Office. One post is temporarily vacant. There has been no change on the position 12 months ago.
