§ Mr. John MorrisIt will be for the Assembly to decide whether it wants simultaneous translation of its proceedings. Plans are being considered for the minimum necessary preparatory work for the wiring of inter-related electrical systems, so that the option will be available to the Assembly to take up if it so decides.
