§ Mr. Ashtonasked the Attorney-General whether he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to prosecution as an infringement of the Southern Rhodesia (United Nations Sanctions) (No. 2) Order 1968 the supply of spare parts for soot blowers for the Rhodesian power station at Umniati in July 1971 by Hopkinsons Ltd., Britannia Works, Huddersfield, through Stewart and Lloyds South Africa of Colmore Circus, Birmingham, on the basis of the papers sent to the Department of Trade by the AUEW (TASS) trade union.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI am informed that the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has referred the papers to the12W Director of Public Prosecutions for inquiries to be made.
