§ Mr. MaclennanBetween 18th September 1973 and 17th September 1974 the General Index of Retail Prices increased by 17.1 per cent. The rates of increase over the 12-month periods to 16th September 1975 and 14th September 1976 were 26.6 and 14.3 per cent, respectively.
