§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister if, in view of the fact that, notwithstanding his request made to Ministers last July to expedite replies to Members' letters, delays are still occurring, in particular with the Home Office, he will make a further statement.
§ The Prime MinisterI refer my hon. Friend to my reply to him of 16th July. I am sure that Ministers will look into any examples of unwarranted delay to which my hon. Friend draws their attention.
