§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the Chairman and Members of the Wilson Committee to review the functioning of the financial institutions will be able to claim payments and expenses in addition to other moneys which they may be receiving from public funds whilst acting in connection with this Committee's activities.
§ Mr. Robert SheldonAs with other Government Committees and Commissions, the Chairman and members of this Committee will be able to claim travel expenses between home and place of official duty. While on the business of the Committee they will be entitled to receive subsistence allowances, subject to the normal Civil Service rules, and in certain circumstances they may also be entitled to limited compensation for loss of earnings.
