§ Mr. Alexander Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many firearms certificates are at present valid in Scotland; and how many were issued for each month over the last two years to the latest available date.
§ Mr. Harry Ewing39,184 firearm certificates and 84,709 shotgun certificates, issued by Scottish police forces, were valid at 31st December 1975, the latest date for which figures are available. I regret that statistics of monthly issues are not compiled.
