§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if Her Majesty's Government will support the creation of a UN Trust Fund to provide humanitarian and legal aid to persons persecuted by the Chilean junta, as recommended by the special UN Working Group on Human Rights in Chile.
