Mr. George Cunningham

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the average domestic rateable value in each London rating authority; what will be the average rates in cash from each domestic ratepayer, ignoring rebates, in each authority in 1976–77; and what are the weighted averages for inner London, inner London other than the city of Westminster, outer London and all London for each figure.
