(2) if he will give an estimate from tenders received during the past three months of the approximate average contract price for three-bedroom, five-person dwellings in Northern Ireland built by public authority.
§ Mr. ConcannonIt is estimated that the average total cost of a three-bedroomed, five-person house built by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive is £10,585; the average contract price based on tenders received in January, February and March is £9,100.
