§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will make a statement about the decision to raise overseas students' fees in the light of the intention of the EEC Commissioner to take this matter to the European Court at Luxembourg.
§ Mr. Gerry FowlerNo decision has yet been taken on the level of overseas students' fees for 1977–78. I am not aware that the EEC Commissioner for Education intends to refer the matter to the European Court.
