§ Mr. WellbelovedI assume the hon. Member is referring to the recommendations of the Chief Inspector of Accidents of the Department of Trade. The steps taken to improve flight safety within the United Kingdom low-flying system were announced by my hon. Friend on 13th June 1975—[Vol. 893, c. 255–6.] As he explained, the present civil aircraft notification procedure will be reviewed in the summer at the end of the first year's trial.
