§ Mr. Hardyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list those local housing authorities which achieved satisfactory house building programmes, according to his Department's definition, during 1975–76; and if he will name the 10 authorities with the largest programmes proportionate to their populations;
(2) if he will make a statement on the size of a council's house building programme which he would regard as achieving a satisfactory level in 1975–76; and if he will express this in terms of the number of houses completed or under construction per 100,000 population.
