§ Mr. William RodgersSenior civilian officials in the Ministry of Defence have access to a car pool run by our London car service. No official has a car allocated to him personally. However, 20 officials of deputy Secretary rank and above have "first call" on 10 of these cars, which are released for use by the pool when not required by them.
