asked the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received from the Labour Party in Wales concerning the reorganisation of local government in Wales; what time scale has been requested for those required changes; and what reply he has sent.

No formal representations have been received but I am well aware of the views of the Labour Party in Wales on this matter.
