HC Deb 26 May 1976 vol 912 c248W
60. Sir John Gilmour

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many slipways there are in Scotland to service the boats of the fishing fleet; where they are located; and what are the usual daily charges incurred for the use of such slipways.

Mr. Hugh D. Brown

A wide range of slipping facilities is used by fishing vessels in Scotland. Charges, which also vary widely, are at the discretion of slipway owners.
