§ Mr. BennThe United Kingdom is participating fully in the formulation and evolution of a Community energy policy designed to aid the development of the energy resources of the Community and reduce dependence on external supplies. This policy provides a key rôle for coal, and we shall be pursuing future opportunities for increasing the sale of United Kingdom coal to the EEC.
