§ Mr. ConcannonPursuant to his reply [Official Report, 17th May 1976; Vol. 911, c. 376], gave the following information:
The information in respect of public servants in general is not available, but 190W of some 33,000 Northern Ireland civil servants 35 are having deductions made from their salaries or wages to pay for arrears of rent and rates.
