§ Mr. Denzil DaviesI regret that there is insufficient information available on which an estimate of this cost could be based. As to the second part of the Question I would refer the hon. Member to my right hon. Friend's Budget Statement on 6th April.—[Vol. 909, c. 248.] I do not think that cinemas should be given allowances in preference to other types of commercial buildings.
