§ Mr. MarksIt is estimated that 10 per cent. of the currently licensed private cars—14.1 million—are registered in a company name. In 1975 the new registrations in company name accounted for 37 per cent. of the total new private car registrations of 1.2 million. No figures are available for earlier years.
