§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the greater proportion of the £55 million allocated to the Commission by the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 12th February 1976 will be used to create additional places in industry for apprenticeships and other forms of long-term training for young people in 1976–77 training year.
