Mr. Wm Ross

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what are the estimated amounts of money collected in the council areas of Londonderry, Coleraine and Limavady for road tax, rates and tax on petrol and diesel fuel in each of the last three years.

Vehicle excise duty is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment, but I understand that it would not be possible without disproportionate effort to provide the information requested in respect of the three areas.

The amounts of money collected as rates in the particular districts are:
