§ Mr. Denzil DaviesThe Government are committed to carrying through as soon as possible a programme for the radical extension of industrial democracy in both the private and public sectors. Measures to implement this programme at board level will be formulated following the report of Lord Bullock's Committee of Inquiry on the private sector90W and the conclusion of the Government's own studies in the public sector. Legislation will then be placed before Parliament.
