§ Mr. John FraserThe intention is to implement the Act in stages. My Department has yet to consult on most aspects relating to documentation and performance of contracts and certain matters relating to ancillary businesses. The Office of Fair Trading is also consulting on matters relating to the Director General's responsibilities under the Act as they arise.
