§ Mr. Gowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is satisfied that there was no unreasonable delay in his Department between the inquiry held in Eastbourne on 8th December 1975 and his dismissal on 6th May 1976 of the appeal by Waterhouse Coaches Limited against the decision of the Traffic Commissioners for the South Eastern Traffic Area conveyed to Waterhouse Coaches Limited on 27th March 1975, under Section 143 of the Road Traffic Act 1960.
