§ 35. Mr. Graham Pageasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he intends to make regulations under the Lotteries Act 1975, and to bring this Act fully into operation.
§ Dr. SummerskillA consultative document setting out our proposals for these regulations has now been issued. We will make the regulations as soon as possible after comments on our proposals have been received and considered. Comments have been requested by the end of June.
