§ Mr. HattersleyThe Department of Trade received an inquiry from a private firm on behalf of the Spanish Government seeking information on the availability of commercial facilities in the United Kingdom to combat oil pollution, resulting from the "Urquiola" incident. The embassy in Madrid was instructed to convey this information to the Spanish authorities on Thursday 13th May. No further approach has been received from the Spanish Government.
