§ 32. Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will propose in the Security Council that a deadline be set for the total withdrawal of the illegal South African administration from Namibia.
§ Mr. RowlandsThe Security Council has resolved to discuss Namibia again in August. It would be premature to decide now on specific proposals. Meanwhile we are impressing upon the South African Government the need to bring Namibia to independence soon.
