§ Mr. RowlandsMy right hon. Friend is in touch with the Governor of Hong Kong about this matter. The Governor has said there is room for change on the Legislative Council while retaining its essential character. We of course accept that opinion in the Legislative Council should be seen to be representative of all sections of the Community in Hong Kong.
