As regards my visit to China I refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave earlier today to my hon. Friend the Member for Belper (Mr. MacFarquhar).

As my hon. Friend informed the hon. Member on 28th April, I regret that there was not time on this occasion for me to visit Hong Kong. However, I made a brief refueling stop there and was able to meet the Governor and to have a short discussion with him.
