§ Dr. J. Dickson MabonIt is impossible to devise a statistically sound basis for an index of the prices of major items of North Sea equipment. In so far as such rates can be meaningfully calculated for a wide range of equipment, there is evidence suggesting that prices are rising more slowly than during the last two years.
