§ Mr. Cryerasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he is satisfied that the payment by Cadbury Schweppes of £76,000 to a former employee is in accordance with the agreement and understanding between the Government and the TUC.
§ Mr. Harold WalkerI understand that the payment was made as compensation for loss of office. Such payments, as with redundancy payments, are not subject to the £6 limit.
