§ Mr. FreesonI believe local authorities are already well aware of their responsibilities where such families are in housing need. The joint circular on homelessness (DOE 18 /74, DHSS 4 /74, WO 34/74) sets out appropriate ways in which local authorities can deal with homelessness irrespective of its cause.
