§ Mr. Aitkenasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what is his estimate of the effects of the White Paper on public expenditure on the hospital building programme in Thanet between the present and 1979 to 1989.
§ Dr. OwenIt is too early to predict the effects of the White Paper on individual locality. During 1976 the South-East Thames Regional Health Authority and Kent Area Health Authority will be developing strategic plans for the next 1015 years and operational plans for the next three years. They will consider priorities for capital expenditure in that context.
