§ Mr. Robert SheldonHer Majesty's Customs and Excise are constantly seeking to make the most effective deployment of their available resources against, and to improve their methods of detecting, illegal importations generally, including the illegal importation of animals. They are fully aware of the vital rôle they have to play in the defence against rabies.
