§ Mr. HattersleyMy right hon. Friend visited China from 3rd to 9th May. He had talks with the new Prime Minister, Mr. Hua Kuo-feng, and with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Foreign Trade. The talks covered a wide range of international and bilateral issues.
