§ Mr. Barry JonesMy right hon. and learned Friend has received a letter from the Cardiff New Theatre Society advocating conversion of the Capitol cinema164W in Cardiff so that it could be used as an opera house. The society wrote simultaneously to several hon. Members and this correspondence is now under consideration. I will in due course send the hon. Member a copy of the reply to the Society.
