§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs which countries have now taken decisions to extend limits to 200 miles in advance of any agreement on this issue at the Law of the Sea Conference.
§ Mr. LuardCosta Rica should be added to the list of countries in my right hon. Friend's Written Answer of 12th January. Additionally, 200-miles fisheries limits are expected to be extended by Mexico on 6th June 1976 and the United State of America on 1st March 1977. Senegal has passed legislation but has not yet announced the effective date.
