Mr. Alan WilliamsThe accounts are not yet available from the Corporation to enable the deficit on revenue account to be estimated for the year ended 31st March 1976. Cash limits as described in the White Paper Cmnd. 6440 will operate on capital expenditure, not on the revenue account.
