§ Mr. Patrick Jenkinasked the Secretary of State for Social Services why he has not replied to a letter dated 18th March addressed to his predecessor or to one dated 12th April addressed to himself, written on behalf of the Association of Official Architects.
§ Dr. OwenA reply that my right hon. Friend the former Secretary of State had asked should be sent to the association was held back because the further letter of 12th April was received. My right hon. Friend is still considering the situation and a reply will be sent as soon as possible.

Member, to whom I shall send a copy of the reply, and another from the West Midlands Regional Health Authority Branch of the National and Local Government Officers Association, to which a reply will be sent shortly.
