§ Mr. Percivalasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many county court judgment summonses were issued by or on behalf of his Department in each of the years 1973, 1974 and 1975; how many of those summonses were heard; in how many of those cases an order for committal to prison was made; and in how many cases the debtor was in fact committed to prison.
