§ Mr. John SilkinAdvice about applications to the Regional Development Fund has been given to local authorities mainly through the Department's regional offices. The local authority associations have also been kept informed. Discussions have also taken place with local authority associations on providing housing authorities with information about the European Coal and Steel Community scheme for housing loans for the benefits of coalminers and steel-workers.
