§ Mr. StrangRepresentations have been made both to my Department and to the Department of Health and Social Security about the addition of Vitamin D to chapatti flour, in view of the problem of vitamin D deficiency among the Asian community. The representations are being considered by the Nutrition Panel of the Chief Medical Officer's Committee on Medical Aspects of Food Policy.
