§ Mr. Roy JenkinsThe bodies are as follows: Criminal Injuries Compensation Board; Equal Opportunities Commission; Parole Board; Race Relations Board; Local Review Committee appointed for the purpose of the parole system; Boards of visitors (prisons); Horserace Betting Levy Appeal Tribunal for England and Wales; Licensing planning committees; New Town licensed premises committees; Advisory committee under the First Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949. In addition, I appoint the Charity Commissioners and the adjudicators under the Fifth Schedule to the Immigration Act 1971.
