(2) what alternative fishing opportunities are available to fishermen suffering a reduction in catch as a result of the revised herring quota in the North Sea agreed at NEAFC;(3) how many fishing boats he estimates will have to discontinue fishing as a result of the reduction in the North Sea herring quota agreed at NEAFC.
