asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many traffic wardens there are in Wales;

(2) how many traffic wardens are required in Wales to bring recruitment up to full strength;

(3) how many traffic wardens there are in Dyfed and Ceredigion, respectively.

Two hundred and forty-one traffic wardens were employed in Welsh police areas on 23rd April, 69 fewer than the establishment. Thirty-three were in Dyfed, of which four were in Ceredigion
