§ Mr. Ogdenasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he is satisfied that there have been no breaches of export licensing controls in respect of the export of Martin Baker ejection seat rocket motors for aircraft of the South African Air Force.
§ Mr. MeacherI have no evidence that there have been breaches of export licensing controls. If my hon. Friend has any evidence to suggest that an offence may have been committed he should let me have it as soon as possible.
