§ Mr. Barry JonesThe Welsh Development Agency came into operation on 1st268W January 1976, with a board consisting of the chairman, deputy chairman and seven members. The chief executive, who is also a board member, took up duty part-time from 1st March and will assume full-time duty on 12th May. A number of staff are currently being recruited, but this is a matter for the agency.
