§ 20. Mr. Viggersasked the Secretary of State for Energy on what basis consideration will be given to applications from institutions and companies in the European Economic Community during the forthcoming fifth round of offshore licences.
§ Mr. BennAll applications when invited will be considered by reference to the arrangements I will announce in due course. There will be no discrimination on grounds of nationality.
